We source, qualify and negotiate with factories on your behalf, then manage the run on the ground. You get the pricing and the standards of a much larger buyer.

One calendar from purchase order to warehouse door, with the risk taken out early: capacity booked, materials confirmed and freight space secured before it gets expensive.

Quality control
Specifications signed off before production, inspections before anything ships, and the same standard enforced on every reorder. Problems are caught at the factory, not at your customer.

Logistics
Freight, customs and final delivery planned as one movement, not three hand-offs. Where it helps, we act as importer of record and land the goods on a single invoice.
Why we exist

Regenerate was founded in 2022 in Miami by an operator who had run this chain himself. The pattern was always the same: a good product, a capable team, and a founder losing a third of every week to factories, forwarders and brokers who did not talk to each other.
We built the company those founders needed. A single operating partner that owns the back end of the business end to end, keeps every decision visible, and is measured on landed cost, on-time delivery and quality rather than on the size of the shipment.
